Roivant Social Ventures (RSV) is a 501(c)(3) social impact organization that invests in health technologies and new therapeutics that lead to systemic improvements to health equity. We partner with innovative companies, research institutes, and patient-focused organizations to promote systemic, sustained improvements to the way health care is delivered.
 

  • Oversees all aspects of RSV’s operations, including program development, financial management, fundraising, communications, and the supervision of fellows, contractors, and volunteers.

  • Acts as the public face of the organization to inspire engagement with RSV’s mission. Cultivates and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, industry partners, community leaders, fellows, and volunteers.

  • Manages annual fundraising portfolio of corporate donors, grants, and individual donors.

  • Manages all organizational programming, including Access to Medicines Fellowship Program, Convergence Forum Fellowship Program, global access healthcare work, and social impact incubation projects.​

  • Presents regularly to the Board of Directors regarding the organization’s work.

  • Refined RSV’s branding to better highlight the organization’s mission, create more clarity, and build recognition. This included the creation of a branding guideline, organizational templates, new external and internal communications, and material development on individual pillars of RSV’s programmatic work.

  • Redesigned and relaunched RSV’s external and internal communications to more strategically educate and engage communications list of over 56,000 industry professionals and donors.

  • Successfully launched and managed first-of-its-kind Access to Medicines PharmD Fellowship program in 2023, to provide fellowship grants to talented PharmD students that allow their unique skillsets to be embedded at organizations working to drive forward health equity on a global scale. Following the initial launch, has continued to expand the program in both the number of fellows granted each year and the services offered to each fellow.

Sisters of the Living Word

Director of Mission Advancement 

The Sisters of the Living Word (SLW) is a 501(c)(3) social impact organization that is committed
to advocating for the environment, anti-racism, immigrants, the homeless, and victims of
human trafficking.

​

  • Leads SLW’s Mission Advancement department, including programing, fundraising efforts, grant applications and deployments, external and internal communications, and constituent relationship development.

  • Directs the organization’s annual fundraising portfolio and budget. Utilized advanced skillset to increase funds raised by 56% within first two years in role.

  • Manages Mission Advancement staff and contractors.

  • Expanded SLW’s grants program in 2025, quadrupling grants awarded.

  • Developed a grants management approach that leveraged analytics to evaluate proposals, balancing both qualitative and quantitative metrics to drive decision making for the strategic impact of grant funds deployed.

  • Redesigned and relaunched SLW’s website, email communications, newsletter, annual appeals, and publications to better anchor in the organization’s mission, improve consistency, and make the materials more digestible to external audiences.

  • Developed and implemented a comprehensive resource development plan to measure department staffing and expenses in alignment with SLW’s organizational goals, which resulted in saving over $168,000 in department expenses within the first two years of fulfilling role.

  • Renegotiated tech and vendor contracts on behalf on the organization to reduce annual department expenses by over 70%, while improving platform and service experiences for staff members, Associates, and constituents.

  • Presents regularly to organizational stakeholders to deepen mission engagement, share learnings, strengthen partnerships, and build trust.

The Alliance for Ethical Economic Development (AEED)

The Alliance for Ethical Economic Development (AEED) is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that bolsters and creates Fair Trade economic opportunities for artists and craftspeople, with a special focus on supporting developing countries and communities.

 

Our impact model is two-fold: 

  • AEED’s online shop carries highly curated, unique, premium quality items sourced from skilled Fair Trade artists and craftspeople around the world. 

  • Donations to AEED and proceeds from our online store are used to create grants and loans to invest in launching future artist communities that can continue to create ethical working conditions and development. ​

​

AEED currently supports Fair Trade artists, craftspeople, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses in 32 countries around the world, in addition to 17 cities within the United States. 

​

  • Led nonprofit startup from inception all the way through registration, 501(c)3 approval, and public launch.

  • Recruited and now directs an incredibly talented Executive Board. 

  • Created and executed integrated communications strategy that includes all external communications for the organization. 

  • Built best-in-class website with a focus on user design to create a digital experience for donors and customers.

  • Led social media channels to organically go viral and reach over 30,000 accounts within one month of launching, without leveraging paid media or advertisements. 

  • Built and now maintains relationships with Fair Trade artists, craftspeople, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses in 32 countries around the globe and 17 cities across the United States.

  • Provided leadership in the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of Kellogg’s admissions events and communications to deliver a best-in-class experience for prospective and admitted students.

  • Acted as a strategy consultant across departments to help drive organizational goals in the specialty areas of integrated communications, project management, and complex programming development.

  • Managed the review, approval, and CRM implementation of communication campaigns to prospective and admitted students. In 2019 this included over 320 communication campaigns.

  • Curated content management for Kellogg’s Full-Time admissions website through Sitecore platform.

  • Was responsible for the development and launch of Kellogg’s corporate recruiting efforts.

  • Led the overhaul, restructuring, and technological implementation of Kellogg’s Full-Time admitted student website with a focus on redefining the user experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Directed domestic recruiting to grow Kellogg’s reach over 200% in key target markets within two years.

  • In April 2020, led Kellogg’s first completely virtual conference from strategy development through execution. This included managing a large cross-functional team to serve over 800 participants while engaging over 91 volunteers.

  • Directed the strategy, planning, contract negotiations, budget approval and execution for more than 80 events in 2019. Event types encompassed domestic recruiting, on campus sessions, high-touch yield events, corporate partnership visits, and special events targeted toward female and veteran prospective students.

  • Delivered admissions presentations to prospective students in dozens of domestic and international markets. International markets have spanned Canada, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

  • Managed an annual budget of over $420,000.

  • Winner of Kellogg’s 2020 Innovation Award.

Strategic Marketing and Communications Consultant

  • Drafted press releases on the firm's history, law specialties such as collaborative family law, and events for law, women’s interest, and local news publications.

  • Recommended business strategies, such as PR opportunities, future development and expansion, new client referral improvements, and brand strengthening initiatives, during biweekly meetings with the firm’s founder. 

  • Compiled contact lists in Microsoft Excel containing over thirty newspapers, magazines, journals and online communities used to target press releases. Contact lists focused on law specialty publications, women’s interest publications, and local news outlets.

  • Developed branding and imaging solutions, including community outreach events, article pitches, blog posts, photo opportunities, and videography projects.

  • Implemented marketing campaign strategies for both digital and print communication platforms. 

  • Interviewed the firm’s owner to identify expansion goals, which were then incorporated into a goal timetable.

  • Developed a three-tiered internal communications strategy for the firm’s founder that organized the firm’s projected expansion goals.
